Orange Crush

There is just something about citrus-y colors that makes me so happy. The other day I told you my feelings about the color yellow. Today, I am all about orange.

I honestly wear orange year-round, mostly because my favorite hockey team is the Flyers. I just went to the second to last game of the season (tear tear) with my dad and sister last Saturday and it still gets me hype to see a sea of orange all around the arena (even better when they make the playoffs, but I digress). It's just such a bold color that instantly gets you noticed whenever you wear it. I have orange sweaters, dresses, shorts, lipsticks, and pants, which I will be featuring today.

I found this awesome pair of cropped and colored denim at the Salvation Army in Montgomeryville this past winter and I knew instantly that these would be absolutely perfect for spring. Here's a pro tip from me: never be afraid to shop off-season! It's ok to buy shorts in January and sweaters in July.

Anywho, I couldn't believe that these were actually designer denim and in my size! I have never owned a pair of Paige jeans, but these are fantastic. They are super comfortable and i like the shorter ankle (so I can show off my shoes). This creamy-bright color looks great with denim, white, gray, etc; it's easier than you think to dress up these pants.

I kept it simple with my sleeveless denim top and my peep-toe heels. You don't need too much else when your pants are the star of the show!
