Rock n'Roll High School

If yesterday's look was described as "bookish 90s lesbian", then today's is definitely "sexy classic rock-loving auto mechanic". Seriously, these are the thoughts that I have when I'm done getting dressed. That's why I really can't explain my "style", it varies so much from day to day. It's totally fun to dress up as someone different all the time; it never gets boring! And although it's monochromatic, denim on denim is never boring (just as Britney and Justin).

I used to be a cardigan addict. I had one in just about every color and I wore them with 97% of my wardrobe. I must have blacked out and had some kind of cardigan burnout because I have now whittled down my collection to just a few. Instead, I have been wearing denim/chambray button-ups more often than not. These shirts give a casual vibe to dresses and over a graphic tee, they just look ultra-cool. For example, I paired my Forever 21 chambray shirt with a Queen shirt that I got from my sister last Christmas. She always gets me the coolest presents! Medium wash jeans and my Doc Martens finished up my fun Tuesday outfit. As you can see, I'm also super into cuffing my jeans lately as well. I'm a big believer in showing off my shoes, and rolling your pants really helps to show them off to their full potential. Some people may think this plus denim on denim is basically a fashion disaster, but honestly, rock whatever you want. Like those people really know what's good.

Moral of today's story: don't be afraid to rock a Canadian tuxedo (and cuffed jeans!) Trust me.
