A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That

I honestly do not have a theme or, obviously a creative title, for this outfit today. It's really just a mishmash of a bunch of stuff that I like that I put on, looked in the mirror, and said, "cool, this is what I'm wearing today".

I knew today just felt like a skinny jeans and combat boots day, I just had to figure out the rest. The shade of green that I'm rocking is always one that put me in a good mood. Plus, I had a button from Hot Topic on my pencil case in junior high that looked exactly like this ripped-up tank I found on Etsy. Green Day will always have a special place in my heart; I've been into their music ever since middle school and I finally got to see them in concert this past September! It was fantastic, and I am not ashamed to say I sang all the words the whole time. People don't like to admit they like Green Day because they're not *punk*. Seriously, are we in grade school where everyone just has to have a label? It makes me so mad that grown-ass adults shame people because the music they like doesn't fit into a constricting mold. Like whatever you like. My playlists include Foo Fighters next to Kendrick Lamar next to Britney Spears next to the Misfits...you get the idea. If you ever want to get mad real quick, check out the Punk subreddit on Reddit. Adults arguing over what's punk...GTFO and get a life.

Rant over. The finishing touch that I added to this outfit was my trusty leopard turban. I'm going on day 2 of not washing my hair, so I though this was a stylish fix for that. For whatever reason, I love green and leopard print mixed together, so there's that. I know that this outfit really isn't cohesive, but I start to unravel a little by the end of the week...
