Ok, by now, I'm sure you're all sick of this leopard print pencil skirt. But guess what? I am not because I keep finding new ways to wear this versatile piece. Clothes are the most "worth it" (cue Fifth Harmony) to me if you can dress it up, dress it down, dress it upside down. I consider myself a chameleon in fashion terms, so expect my wardrobe to work as such.
So you know my love for this skirt, but how about this tank? Warm weather is my favorite temperature to wear this in, it screams summer to me. Wanna know something awesome? My mom found me this top years ago and I still wear it to this day! I actually think I was getting ready to graduate college in 2013 when we were out shopping at H&M for a dress and she spotted this tank on the clearance rack (see where I get it from?) When I tried it on, we both loved it. I knew it would be a perfect fun yet professional top to add to my at the time fledgling work wardrobe. The fact that it was so inexpensive sealed the deal.
I love to mix different details and prints and I love to pair leopard print with this top, whether it's a cardigan, skirt, etc. I just think the natural colors of the animal print look great with the subtle reds and yellows in the collar. I kept the rest of my look simple with my favorite Payless sandals and a bright orange-red lip. I like to use this as an example that professional does not have to be boring.
