You know what I don't get? People who say they don't like music. I LOVE music. I listen in the car, while I'm working out, doing the laundry, doing crossword puzzles or coloring (don't judge me), at work...I just need it to keep things interesting. I love most genres too, my favorite being punk, classic rock, ska, and of course, middle school throwbacks. One of my favorite things to do, especially in the summer, is go to concerts. I'm so happy that this summer I'll be seeing the band that I'm wearing on my shirt this casual Friday!

Rancid is just one of those bands that stirs up good memories for me. I listened to them a lot in high school (Fall Back Down was such a jam) and I still listen while I'm doing my work. I'm so stoked that I got tickets to see them in Philly in August with Dropkick Murphy AND the Bouncing Souls. Like are you kidding me?? When I spotted this shirt, I knew I needed to add it to my music graphic tee collection. ...And Out Come the Wolves is probably in my top 10 albums list. It's just great, fast-paced ska-tinged punk at it's finest. Today, I wore this shirt over a Banana Republic dress that one of my girlfriends gave me. A messy topknot, red Converse, and tinted balm completed my super chill yet still kinda put together look. I wanted to be comfy since my husband and I are driving to Maryland tonight to see the in-laws. Comfy and stylish is all I can ask for to kick off the weekend.

**P.S. I fucked up my eyeliner today, but I just kind of rolled with it and didn't hate the outcome.

SHIRT: Hot Topic (I rip the sleeves off of most of my tees), $10

DRESS: Banana Republic, FREE from one of my BFFS

SHOES: Converse, birthday present from my sister a few years ago

Lip balm is Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple
