Did you ever plan your outfit the day before only to wake up, look at it, and go "NOPE"? That is exactly what I did this morning.

I woke up with a slight cold, because of course this would happen to me as soon as it's spring. Blah. I had picked out a skirt and sweater combo the night before, and this morning it looked about as appealing as a plate full of mushrooms (which is my least favorite food of all time). I decided to swap out the skirt for my bleached Gap jeans. I thought the lighter denim looked super seasonal with my bright pink Polo sweater. I've already told you about finding these jeans here, but this sweater, of which I have many (also referenced here), but this was my biggest Ralph Lauren steal of them all. Would you believe me if I told you I paid less than a dollar for this sweater? Well, you better start, because I'm telling you, thrifting is MAGICAL, people. I came across this perfect condition sweater at THE BINS, of all places. I have no idea how this ended up among various stained summer camp T-shirts and worn-out bras, but you won't see me complaining. Seriously, guys, don't think you're above digging around at the Goodwill Outlet. You can almost always find some real treasure there.

Along with some chicken soup, medicine, and lots of juice, a cozy, bright sweater is my Rx for an under the weather day!
